F3P and Orange and White

As I stated earlier, we've been busy bees around here. The title indicates it. Can you guess what F3P stands for? Orange and White? I'll explain it for you.

F= Field Trip. A few weeks ago, a friend invited M and me to Zoo Atlanta. It was a great day to visit and much needed mommy time for M. Our day was full of gorillas, lions, and lots of other animals. I was most impressed with the gorillas. You can see some of our favorites here.

3P (Play dates, Parks, Picnics)
Play dates: C stayed with my good friend Lindsay and she posted some pictures here. Also a week or so later, she hosted a play date at her house. M and C both really enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed the conversation! We've also spent many afternoons over the last few weeks playing with our neighbors. There are 3 boys that live on either side and across the street. M loves to play with them. They race cars, chase, play in the sand, and swing. Nice way to burn off that extra energy she bottles up each day.

Parks: We try and go to the neighborhood park or nearby parks everyday. M loves to slide and swing and play with other children her age and C just loves to swing and chase M around. We usually reward ourselves with Popsicles in the afternoons since it has been so warm here.

Picnics: We finally made it to story time the other day and the theme was picnics and ants. M was very into it, so we've had a picnic for lunch or dinner almost everyday for the last week or so. Snack time falls into the picnics as well.

Orange and White: Of course, you know we are huge TN fans. So we traveled to Knoxville a few weeks ago to see the new football coach in action and attend the last spring practice, also known as, the Orange and White Game. It was M and C's first time at the stadium. We didn't take our camera to the game, but managed to get a pic of them before we left. We spent a lot of time with our friends, so most of the pictures are at their house. You can see the pictures here.
