We FINALLY sold the GA as of last week! I can't believe it's really over with. It has been dragging on for nearly four years. I was pregnant with Cooper when we first put the house on the market.
I can't begin to express how happy we are to finally have this terrible experience behind us. All I can say is think long and hard before you decide to put your house on the market. Get an appraisal done before you list, too.
